Brawling for Bargains?

I turned on the news and saw the headline – Brawling for Bargains.
Personally I am all about saving a few bucks whenever possible, and I love a good discount. Hell, I admit to checking out the offers and participating in “Black Friday”. Considering a short four years ago I thought it was a day of religious observation when an employee asked me for the day off. But that is another story on its own.

30,000 people stampeded into the Mall of America at an hour where most people are still warm and cozy enjoying the end of a lovely slumber. Grabbing, shoving, pushing, screaming to get a deal on stuff no one really needs. Even at with the best deals of the year, most things are still over-priced and may I remind you made by the super power human rights non-believers in China.

Oh the hype. There is no doubt advertisers know what they are doing. Watching the spectacle on my TV, I am reminded of the scenes we are shown when survivors are running in the masses to escape a disaster, like 9/11 for example.
Seriously, Was it worth it?

On a side-note:

Why does Justin Beiber need to grab his crotch multiple times while performing?

I can’t decide what is more annoying :
